Vesper Prep!

Reminder:

CGIT Vesper Service:
Sunday, Dec. 5th 7:00pm (please be at the church by 6:30pm so that we don't start panicking and trying to find someone to do your parts :))

Wear light top and dark bottoms. We'll try to get middies for everyone!

Bring 2 dozen dainties/squares/cookies to share with our guests after the vesper.

See you on Monday as we put everything together! :) Please let us know if you're not able to make it to the Vesper Service on Sunday. We have you scripted into the service.

Does anyone have a Voices United Hymnbook at home?

If you do, and you're bored/want to practice your typing skills, would you like to type out a hymn for the Vesper Service for me? :)

We need the following hymns typed up so I can put them into the PowerPoint presentation:

Nov. 15- SWIMMING!

We will be going swimming tomorrow at Lakewood Civic Center! We will meet at the usual 7pm, but please meet us there, and arrange to have a ride pick you up from the pool at 8:30pm. You will not need to pay for your admission. Please let us know if you cannot be there (email us or comment below), so that we don't wait too long for you to come! :) Thank you, and see you tomorrow in the lobby of the pool at 7pm!

Nov. 1- Vesper 1

So this week at CGIT (with such a small group of 4 young ones and 4 olderish ones :P) we started planning Vesper, munched on leftover Halloween treats, and had some deep conversations about our lives.

What we think about antipasto- We love making it! love the dance parties and goofing around that goes with it. some like the taste others don't. We might want to try to make something different next year to switch it up a bit. more people might by that way. stuff like jam and non-perishable cookie ingredients
